Action Porty is a community benefit company and a charity, set up by the ‘Save Bellfield’ campaign to take ownership of and run Bellfield, following its successful purchase by the community. Action Porty’s volunteer Board of Directors are answerable to the members.
If you would like to support us, why not become a member of Action Porty?
There are two types of membership:
Community Membership is open to everyone who lives within the Action Porty boundary and is on the electoral roll. You’ll be kept up to date about Bellfield and other Action Porty initiatives, you can vote in the AGM and stand for the Action Porty Board. You would be liable for £1 if the company winds down. Contributor Shareholders: We are launching our Community Share Offer on 29th March 2025. This will allow anyone (wherever they live) who wishes to support the project to become a Contributor Shareholder member. For more details, see our ‘Buy shares’ page.
